Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Support Engineer to join the Deployment Engineering team. You will drive sustainment strategies for cutting-edge defense products, shaping maintenance plans, data packages, and provisioning lists to ensure readiness and longevity in the field.

You will collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering teams to optimize spares, procedures, and manuals, enabling reliable lifecycle management for warfighters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product support or sustainment engineering in defense or aerospace.
• Hands-on CAD and PLM tool experience.
• Knowledge of IPS elements and concepts.
• Familiar with military standards and regulatory compliance.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sustainment plans for the product(s) you support.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to define, implement, and improve maintenance strategies.
• Ensure up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and manuals for field sustainment.
• Serve as the primary sustainment contact within your product team.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to integrate sustainment into new development.
• Create and maintain a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) and provisioning lists.
