Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Support Engineer to drive sustainment strategies for cutting-edge defense products and ensure long-term reliability for warfighters. You will own maintenance plans, translate engineering innovation into supportable systems, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
In this role you will shape SPIs, contribute to data packages, and work on lifecycle management while traveling for on-site engagements as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product support, sustainment or systems engineering in high-rigor environments.
- Hands-on CAD and PLM tool expertise for managing engineering data and configurations.
- Foundational IPS elements and familiarity with military standards and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainment plans for assigned products.
- Collaborate with customers, operations, and cross-functional teams to improve maintenance strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools and technical manuals for field support.
- Serve as primary sustainment contact within the product team and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain SBOMs and provisioning/support artifacts for sustainment data.
