Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join the Deployment Engineering team. You will drive sustainment strategies, define maintenance plans, and ensure lifecycle management for cutting-edge defense products, translating innovations into reliable, field-ready systems for warfighters.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations to create up-to-date procedures, SBOMs, and support tooling, traveling on-site as required to support deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product support, sustainment, or systems engineering in defense/robotics/complex industrial systems
• Proficient with CAD and PLM tools for engineering data and changes
• Foundational IPS elements and concepts (maintenance planning, supply support, technical data management)
• Familiarity with military standards, specs, and regulatory compliance in product support
• Eligible for active U.S. Secret clearance
• Willingness to travel for on-site support and customer engagements

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sustainment plans for supported products
• Collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering to implement maintenance and repair strategies
• Ensure up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and manuals for field sustainment
• Serve as the primary sustainment contact within the product team and resolve issues
• Work with design and manufacturing during new product development to incorporate supportability
• Create and maintain SBOMs and other sustainment artifacts for centralized data
