Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join the Deployment Engineering team. You will develop sustainment strategies for cutting-edge defense products, defining maintenance plans and provisioning data to ensure operational readiness for warfighters.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and field teams to translate engineering innovation into reliable, supportable systems, supporting lifecycle management and field deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering in high-rigor environments such as defense or aerospace.
• Extensive technical expertise applying mechanical or systems engineering to complex hardware systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sustainment plans for the product(s) supported.
• Partner with customers, operations, and cross-functional engineering to implement maintenance and repair strategies.
• Ensure up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and technical manuals for field sustainment operations.
• Serve as primary contact for all sustainment-related matters within the product team.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing during new product development to embed sustainment best practices.
• Create and maintain SBOMs and other sustainment artifacts and ensure a central data repository.
