Job summary

The Deployment Engineering team focuses on sustaining cutting-edge products, translating engineering innovation into reliable supportable systems for warfighters.

You will own maintenance plans, technical data packages, SBOMs, and lifecycle management within a dynamic setting, enabling field readiness and longevity of critical defense systems.

Qualifications

• +5 years in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering in high-rigor environments such as defense, aerospace, robotics, or complex industrial systems.
• Foundational knowledge of IPS elements (maintenance planning, supply support, technical data management, support equipment, training, facilities).
• Experience with military standards, specs, and regulatory compliance relevant to product support and sustainment.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sustainment plans for assigned products.
• Collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering to define and improve maintenance and repair strategies.
• Ensure up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and manuals for field sustainment.
