Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Support Engineer within the Deployment Engineering team to drive sustainment strategies for cutting-edge defense products. You will own maintenance plans, shape technical data packages, and optimize sparing to ensure operational readiness and longevity in the field.
You will translate engineering innovation into reliable, supportable systems for warfighters, traveling for on-site support and customer engagements as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering in a high-rigor environment such as defense or aerospace.
- Hands-on proficiency with CAD software and PLM tools for managing engineering data, changes, and configurations.
- Foundational understanding of IPS elements and concepts (maintenance planning, supply support, technical data management).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sustainment plans for the product(s) you support.
- Collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering teams to implement maintenance and repair strategies.
- Ensure up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and technical manuals for field sustainment operations.
- Serve as primary sustainment contact within your product team and resolve issues.
- Work with design and manufacturing teams to integrate sustainment best practices early in development.
- Create and maintain SBOMs and other sustainment artifacts for centralized data.
