Job summary
The Walt Disney Company seeks a Mgr-Sustaining Support to lead a diverse team of engineers and architects delivering rapid technical support for Disney Experiences facilities across resorts, parks, cruises, and more. You will ensure urgent issues are resolved promptly, safeguarding guest experiences and operational reliability while aligning sustaining efforts with strategic priorities.

Qualifications
- Licensed Architect or PE in Florida or reciprocity state.
- 10+ years of experience in a multi-discipline architecture/engineering environment.
- Sustaining engineering experience for complex facilities incl. rides, shows, and buildings.
- Proven ability to partner with multiple lines of business in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and architects, ensuring full resolution of facility support requests.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for root-cause analysis and reliability improvements across facility systems.
- Balance people leadership with resource prioritization to deliver sustaining services.
- Drive accountability for technical outcomes with clear documentation and measurable value.
