Job summary

Disney Experiences seeks a Mgr-Sustaining Support to lead a team of engineers and architects delivering rapid technical support across resorts, parks, cruise experiences, and other facilities. You will ensure urgent issues are resolved quickly, align sustaining efforts with Disney's priorities, and safeguard guest experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Manager-Programs-Project Design Support, you will drive root-cause analysis, mentor staff, and partner with Engineering Services to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in a multi-discipline architecture/engineering environment.
• Experience with sustaining engineering for complex facilities.
• Ability to partner with multiple lines of business in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and architects.
• Set sustaining strategies, priorities, and operating standards.
• Drive root-cause analysis and rapid issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering Services to improve performance.
