Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or PE license in Florida or reciprocity.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a multi-discipline architecture/engineering environment.
• Knowledge of sustaining engineering practices for complex facilities and system reliability improvement.
• Ability to partner with multiple lines of business in reactive, fast-paced environments and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in facilities/construction environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Autodesk Revit and Forma or similar design tools.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical peers and executives.
• Proven success leading high-performing, diverse teams in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of technical professionals and responds to urgent facility requests, driving root-cause analysis and resolution across complex building systems.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and architects while resolving sustaining challenges with hands-on support.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor contributing to root cause analyses, system evaluations, and reliability improvement efforts across HVAC, MEP, and other facility systems.
• Balance leadership with project involvement by prioritizing, allocating resources, and supporting sustaining and project initiatives.
• Drive accountability for closeout processes and ensure owners receive complete technical solutions and long-term recommendations.
