Huhtamaki in Ohio seeks a skilled manufacturing supervisor to lead a 12-hour shift, overseeing 60+ hourly team members and ensuring safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities; strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving are essential. You will drive continuous improvement and partner across functions to meet production plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Experience with machinery/automation and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a rotating 12-hour shift and coordinate a cross-functional team.
• Schedule personnel and resolve safety, quality, productivity, and attendance issues.
• Maintain clean, safe plant conditions and ensure SQF/food safety compliance.
• Mentor staff, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Report production results and maintain shift documentation.
