Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team of approximately 50+ employees per shift and oversee daily operations in alignment with safety, quality and customer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 1-2 years of supervisory experience), strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with SPC/Lean methodologies as part of continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of degree, 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Leadership training preferred.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in a front-line leadership position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises a production workforce of 50+/- employees per shift.
• Maintains safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Uses SPC methods for problem resolution and continuous improvement.
• Oversees time records, shifts, and vacation coverage; participates in hiring and training.
