Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is highly preferred.
• Seven (7)+ years related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Production experience in folding carton or related industries preferred.
• Experience managing production floor personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the safety environment and eliminates unsafe conditions, practices, equipment, and personnel.
• Enforces GMPs and company policies and procedures.
• Leads cross-functional meetings and revises production schedules as needed.
• Coordinates production activities with Maintenance, Tooling, Materials, and QA to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Oversees performance, training needs, and staffing levels for the production team.
• Leads improvement projects and drives production-based programs.
