Qualificações

• Leadership experience in large manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to develop future leaders and coach teams.
• Experience with ERP, reporting, and MS Office tools.
• Experience in packaging/converting or high-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing, shipping, and material handling operations to meet KPI objectives.
• Manage staffing, resources, and departmental budgets to satisfy customers and business needs.
• Develop department managers, supervisors, and future leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Drive safety performance and ensure compliance with policies and labor agreements.
• Lead continuous improvement and WCO initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Set performance expectations and hold teams accountable for results.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to reach plant goals.
• Ensure accuracy of production reporting, metrics, and inventory controls.
• Support the Plant Manager and provide leadership continuity when needed.
