Trane in Maitland, FL is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to oversee project financials, administration, implementation and customer satisfaction across assigned projects. You will lead the project team and be the main point of contact for stakeholders while managing a portfolio that may include multi-building or complex construction initiatives.

You will develop scope with sales, monitor contract compliance and risk, and ensure schedules and budgets are kept in check.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience with project schedules or PM construction software.
• Strong financial analysis skills including cost forecasting and earned value management (EVM).
• Experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and risk across multi-site projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in last 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain project financials, administration, implementation, management and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects.
• Lead project team through all facets of the project and act as primary contact for stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of projects including multi-building or complex construction.
• Support sales with developing project scope and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, penalties, and governing regulations.
• Create and maintain project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
