Responsibilities

• Support sales by assisting with quote preparation, project development and proposals.
• Validate scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents and meetings.
• Manage change orders and negotiate solutions across business streams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and develop communication plans with stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor RFQ process and manage subcontractor execution.
• Manage cash flow, forecast costs/revenues, and backlog review communications.
• Create and maintain project schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Ensure adherence to contract penalties, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
