Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the summer internship.
• Sophomore year completion prior to internship start.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Some positions may be remote while others may be hybrid or onsite across North America.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for 12+ months and have no major driving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate assigned projects, establish schedules and parameters to achieve objectives, including CPM analysis and histograms.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to support programming and material selection activities.
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining an operations budget and monitor forecasted cost to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractor RFQ processes, scope statements, plans, milestones, and billing schedules.
• Receive and qualify subcontractor proposals and assist in supervising project staff and subcontractors.
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and owners regarding scope, budgets, performance, and close-out.
