Trane Technologies plc is offering a 12-week Construction Project Management internship designed to develop your technical, business, leadership and communication skills in a real project environment. You will engage with peers across North America and assist in planning, scheduling and budget activities while learning from a project team.

Active enrollment in a related degree is required, with preference for Construction Engineering, Building Management, or HVAC fields.

Competenze

Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Posting covers multiple opportunities with some roles remote, others hybrid or on-site; valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

Plan and coordinate assigned projects, set schedules and procedures to meet objectives, including CPM and histogram analyses.
Work with the engineering team to support programming and material selection for projects.
Help establish and maintain an operations budget by adjusting estimates to scope and forecast costs.
Collaborate on preparing sub-contractor RFQs, scope statements, milestones and billing plans.
Receive and evaluate subcontractor proposals while supervising project staff, subcontractors and installers.
Communicate with contractors, subcontractors and owners about scope, budgets, performance and close-out.
