Job summary

Nexa Group in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Project Manager – Multifamily Construction to lead all phases of complex residential projects. This full-time, on-site role covers pre-construction through closeout, with accountability for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required.
Proven project management experience in multifamily/construction projects.
Experience coordinating permits, approvals, and documentation with local authorities.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and procurement skills.
Proficient in construction PM software and MS Office; able to read drawings and contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Plan, schedule, and budget projects; coordinate with architects, engineers, and trades.
Oversee procurement and expediting of materials; manage logistics and deliveries.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with codes, inspections, and safety standards.
