Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years related experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and email applications; scheduling knowledge may be required.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player who collaborates and pursues professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor job progress using a QMS program, including scheduling, estimating and budgeting to align construction with the schedule.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and bid solicitations.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery of materials and vendor/subcontractor coordination to meet budget and specifications.
• Attend weekly job-site meetings and prepare status reports; assist with project files and communication with customers and consultants.
