Job summary

NexGen Contracting, A Gray Company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Concrete Department to guide complex projects from planning through delivery in Dallas, TX and other listed sites. You will lead safety culture, cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination across multiple teams.

The role requires a strong PM background in construction, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 60% to support field operations and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Travel up to 60% (in-state and out-of-state).
• Proven track record in PM of construction projects, with safety, quality, and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance and foster a culture of safety-first.
• Manage job cost spread, project estimates, and financials for profitability across multiple projects.
• Lead sequencing, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects.
• Monitor progress, conduct cost reporting, and manage change orders.
• Coordinate with general contractors and owners to ensure clear communication.
