Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in real estate sustainability or energy efficiency.
• Strong academic record in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador certification required.
• Proficiency with project management tools and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability projects and drive green building certifications.
• Manage project finances and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Develop project documentation and monitor job site progress.
