Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager in Sustainability Consulting to lead green building initiatives for global clients. You will manage certifications, coordinate with design and construction teams, and drive strategic sustainability solutions across real estate portfolios.

The role blends technical expertise with client relationship management, enabling measurable environmental performance and advancing JLL as a leader in sustainable real estate practices.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in real estate sustainability or related field.
• BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field.
• LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador certification.
• Proficient with project management tools and presenting technical information.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, design charrettes, and presentations communicating sustainability strategies and project progress.
• Develop documentation, plans, and calculations to achieve green building certifications (LEED/WELL/Zero Carbon/Fitwel).
• Track sustainability metrics and provide reports to design teams, owners and contractors.
• Manage project financials including setup, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and technical documentation; address issues proactively.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and verify conformance with designs.
• Support project executives on large, complex assignments requiring advanced sustainability knowledge.
