Job summary

TIMAC AGRO USA is seeking a Field Sales Consultant in New York to build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor. You will promote Timac technologies, explain how our products drive profitability and sustainable farming, and tailor recommendations to customer needs.

Success requires a bachelor’s degree in agronomy or related field, sales motivation, and the ability to plan and execute a strategic sales approach. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or strong motivation to learn.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture and trusted advisor mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
• Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and how technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable.
• Actively Listen and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences.
• Assist our retail customers with product recommendations.
• Set up field demonstrations and Collect Data from them to generate future sales.
• Represent Timac at growers' meetings and industry events.
• Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area.
