Job summary

WM is seeking a Territory Manager within Sustainability Services to oversee a national operating units portfolio, drive bids, manage P&L, and ensure project execution and customer satisfaction. The role requires 50–75% travel and residency in the Central or Eastern time zones.

Strong regulatory experience and leadership skills are essential. Responsibilities include development of bids, financial oversight, safety program implementation, and ongoing customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop bids and quotes for new projects and oversee service execution.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting for assigned sites.
• Lead safety and ISO program adherence across sites and train personnel.
