Job summary

WM is seeking a Territory Manager in Sustainability Services to lead a national service area, drive profitability and develop bids for new projects. You will oversee project teams, ensure safety and ISO compliance, and manage budgeting and customer satisfaction across multiple operating units.

The role involves up to 50–75% travel within the Central and Eastern US, with remote work supported for candidates residing in the specified time zones.

Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry.
• RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience.
• OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business.
• Manage profit and loss, budgeting, and service execution for operating units.
• Develop bids and quotes for new projects and implement identified projects.
• Oversee safety programs, training, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Travel 50-75% of the time within the Central & Eastern US and ensure client satisfaction.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field

High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
