Job summary

Generac is seeking a Lead, Sustainability Strategy and Reporting Analyst to advance the company’s sustainability strategy, strengthen data governance, and lead external disclosures and ratings submissions. The role partners with senior leaders to embed sustainability into business processes and enterprise decision-making, driving efficient and scalable operating practices across the organization.

• Advanced understanding of sustainability disclosure standards and frameworks.
• Experience leading ESG data governance and assurance readiness.
• Track record translating sustainability priorities into actionable business actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to integrate sustainability into strategy, operations and decision-making.
• Drive alignment between sustainability priorities and business objectives across functions.
• Lead Scope 1-3 GHG emissions reporting with data quality and KPI tracking.
• Manage sustainability reporting including annual reports, disclosures and dashboards.
• Oversee ratings and rankings (CDP, EcoVadis, MSCI, ISS) for continuous improvement.
