KnowledgeBrief is seeking a Skills Coach to support adults in a Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Level 4 apprenticeship. The role is remote-first in the UK, with opportunities to meet in person. You will coach, develop learning plans and coordinate with line managers to drive timely progress.

As part of the Operations team, you will deliver resources, workshops and professional discussions, helping learners apply responsible business practices and demonstrate impact.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering training in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
• A Level 4+ qualification in Sustainability or related field.
• Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement, social and environmental impact.
• Ability to plan learning, give feedback, monitor progress and maintain learner records.
• GCSE English and Maths (A*-C or 9-4).

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised coaching to adult learners in CSR & sustainability.
• Create learning plans linking on‑ and off‑the‑job learning with line managers.
• Hold monthly coaching sessions and regular progress reviews with managers.
• Develop engaging learning resources, workshops and webinars.
• Track progress, set SMART goals and prepare learners for end‑point assessment.
