Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support a Certified Teacher in delivering engaging, eco‑minded early childhood education. You will help create a safe, organized classroom and build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

In this role you will support developmentally appropriate activities, participate in family communication, and contribute to sustainability initiatives across daily routines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with families and colleagues.
• Ability to follow daily lesson plans and support the teacher.
• Comfort working in an active classroom with children.
• Understanding of safety and developmentally appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Certified Teacher with daily lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain an organized, eco‑m minded classroom environment.
• Supervise children during activities and transitions, ensuring safety.
• Engage families with sustainable communication and participate in events.
• Attend required trainings and collaborate with the team to improve classroom practices.
