Job summary

IMEG Corporation is hiring a Sustainability & Energy New Graduate in Naperville, IL to support sustainable design across the company. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience, with mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow your expertise from day one.

You will engage in energy modeling, daylight and carbon analysis, life cycle cost analysis, and certification support (LEED/WELL/PHIUS/Green Globes).

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent required.
• Internship experience in building design consulting preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building performance analyses on projects.
• Consult with clients on decarbonization strategies and optimization.
• Support certifications (LEED/WELL/PHIUS/Green Globes) through energy modeling and documentation.
• Lead sustainable design projects and manage team workload.
• Serve as technical resource with senior staff support.
• Assist in design recommendations with senior staff input.
• Participate in quality control for projects.
• Contribute to internal technical development via the Technical Operations Team.
• Develop technical analysis reports and presentation deliverables for internal/external audiences.
