Job summary

IMEG Corporation in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Sustainability & Energy New Graduate to support sustainable design practice. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, modeling, and project execution with mentorship and growth opportunities from day one.

You will work on energy modeling, daylight and carbon analysis, and lifecycle cost analyses, with certification support for projects and collaboration across teams. This is an entry-level position with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent required.
• Internship experience in the building design consulting industry preferred.
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Experience with FEMA/ICS Emergency Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building performance analyses on projects.
• Consult with clients on decarbonization and optimization strategies.
• Support certification efforts including energy modeling and documentation.
• Lead sustainable design projects and manage team workload.
• Act as a technical resource and contribute to project quality control.
