Job summary

IMEG Corporation in Naperville, IL is hiring a Sustainability & Energy New Graduate to support sustainable design practices across the company. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and training from day one.

You will engage in energy modeling, daylight analysis, carbon analysis, and certifications such as LEED/WELL/PHIUS. You’ll contribute to client decarbonization strategies, QC, and internal development within our Strategic

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent required.
• Internship experience in the building design consulting industry preferred.
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Experience with FEMA/ICS Emergency Management and related guidance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building performance analyses on projects.
• Consult with clients on decarbonization and optimization strategies.
• Support projects seeking building certifications (energy modeling, documentation, LEED/WELL/PHIUS/Green Globes).
• Lead sustainable design projects and assist with team workload management.
• Serve as a technical resource on projects with senior staff support.
• Assist design recommendations with senior staff input.
• Participate in quality control for project work.
• Contribute to internal technical development through the Technical Operations Team.
• Develop technical analysis reports and presentation deliverables for internal/external audiences.
