Job summary

IMEG Corporation in Naperville, IL is seeking a Sustainability & Energy New Graduate for Summer 2027. You will support sustainable design across the company, with hands-on design, analysis, and project execution under mentorship.

Responsibilities include energy modeling, CFD, daylighting analysis, life cycle cost analysis, and certification support. You will contribute to client decarbonization strategies and internal technical development, with opportunities to grow from day one.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent required.
• Internship experience in the building design consulting industry preferred.
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• FEMA/ICS Emergency Management and Critical Infrastructure experience preferred.
• Experience with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies guidance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building performance analyses on projects.
• Consult with clients on decarbonization strategies and optimization.
• Support projects pursuing building certifications, including energy modeling and documentation.
• Lead sustainable design projects and assist with workload management.
• Act as a technical resource on projects with senior staff support.
• Contribute to internal technical development.
