Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Sustainability Intern to help analyze policy, standards, and historical data related to our sustainability metrics and reporting. You will draft and audit reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, and collaborate with leaders across business units to gather information.

You will develop research on environmental and energy topics, present findings, and support budgeting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• US Citizenship

Responsibilities

• Draft or audit Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva based reports per project assigned
• Collaborate with leaders across business units to gather and collate information for reporting building purposes
• Communicate regularly in a professional manner and help design and/or deliver presentations
• Perform industry, environmental, and energy sector based research
