QTS Data Centers is offering a People Services Intern position as part of our Summer Internship Program. You will gain hands-on experience in a high‑growth data center environment, contributing to reporting and analytics projects that influence real business outcomes.

The role focuses on learning customer needs, framework for data systems, and delivering a report/analysis product during the internship. Applicants must be enrolled in a related bachelor’s or master’s program and possess strong

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, STEM, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Understand the nature of a reporting and analytics team.
• Learn how to gather requirements for a particular reporting initiative.
• How to understand customer needs and establishing a framework for systems and data.
• Contextualizing customer needs to available data.
• Work with team on delivering a report/analysis product during the internship.
