QTS is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to support its ESG program. This role focuses on data collection, analysis and reporting across cross-functional teams to advance sustainability initiatives. Travel to conferences and meetings is required as needed.

With a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in GHG accounting or corporate sustainability, you will help refine methodologies and drive data quality across the company’s sustainability framework, SASB, TCFD, and GRI.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1–3 years of quantitative experience in GHG accounting, corporate sustainability, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of SASB, TCFD and GRI reporting frameworks.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve ESG data collection processes by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Track and analyze progress against our targets and industry standards.
• Assist with data entry, data management and reporting.
• Refine accounting methodologies; collaborate with internal teams and vendors for robust impact measurement.
• Update business information tools and presentations reflecting latest data and improvements to workflow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to source, automate, and analyze data to measure greenhouse gas emissions and other sustainability metrics.
