Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be a US citizen. No specific years of experience required, but internship or co-op experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Auditing: Perform internal audits to assess financial records and processes.
• Reporting: Contribute to preparation and review of internal and external financial reports.
• Processing: Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.
• Approvals: Facilitate invoice and requisition approvals per company policy.
• Analysis: Assist in project creation/approval, journal entries, and financial analysis.
