The role requires 6+ months call center experience, strong MS Word/Excel skills, attention to detail, and reliable home internet. You’ll join a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact and sustainability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center.
• Proficiency with Windows/MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable home internet and ability to work from a secure connection.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic troubleshooting and recommends solutions.
• Data entry into various database applications.
• Receives data and sourcing documents, compiles and verifies entries.
• Handles emails and phone calls with customers.
