Job summary

EcoEnclose is seeking an Associate Account Manager in the United States to own a growing portfolio, nurture relationships, and advise on sustainability initiatives. You will report to the VP of Account Management and work with senior AMs to handle larger, more complex accounts.

The role offers on-target total compensation of $70,000–$85,000 (base $55,000 plus commissions) with a clear path to Account Manager as your portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in account management, customer success, sales, or related B2B role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset and interest in sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a $1M–$2M book of business with high service levels.
• Build trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders and align sustainability goals.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of orders and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with Operations, Creative, and Assurance for seamless service.
• Support annual business reviews and plan product launches.
