ERM MCA is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the primary liaison with clients, owning project details and coordinating internal teams to deliver on time and within budget. You will maintain strong client relationships, manage communications, and support business development while ensuring flawless project execution.

Responsabilidades

• Client communications management and relationship building with trust, responsiveness and accountability.
• Owns project details from initiation to completion, coordinating timelines, resources, budgets and deliverables.
• Collaborates with internal teams to move projects forward and reviews work for accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, billing, invoicing, and revenue forecasting; monitors budgets for scope and timeline concerns.
• Identifies opportunities for account growth and supports proposal and scope development.
• Manages day-to-day account activities, prepares briefs and change orders, and escalates risks as needed.
• Maintains accurate project, billing and forecasting information and collaborates with internal teams.
