Key Responsibilities

• Expertly cut, slice, and fillet various types of fish for sushi dishes
• Inspect the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish, ensuring top standards
• Prepare sushi according to strict guidelines on portion size, presentation, and safety
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to prevent contamination
• Take regular inventory of food supplies and report equipment issues promptly
• Sterilize all utensils and equipment before use
• Communicate effectively with wait staff to accommodate special requests and allergies
