Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Sushi experience preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and sushi rolls to order with attention to customization and allergens.
• Cook sushi rice.
• Maintain proper temperatures for all sushi items.
• Roll, cut, plate, and pack sushi items.
• Prepare seafood for sushi items.
• Helpline cooks proper prep, storage, and dating of food.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing sushi and sushi rolls to order, with special attention to customization and allergens.
• Cooking sushi rice.
• Maintaining proper temperature for all sushi items.
• Rolling, cutting, plating, and packing of sushi items.
• Preparation of seafood for sushi item.
• Helpline cooks properly prep, store, and date food.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Applicants with prior sushi experience are preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train!
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
