Qualifications

• Relevant culinary qualification or experience in a hotel, resort, or quality restaurant.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, sanitation, and food storage.
• Safe and proficient use of sharp knives.
• Serv Safe certification can be obtained after hiring.

Responsabilités

• Roll sushi and prepare dishes with attention to portion size and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Inspect fruits, vegetables, and fish quality to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with wait staff for special requests and allergies.
