Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Sushi Clerk in the Hy-Chi department to help fill customer orders, prepare fresh sushi products, and maintain department standards.

You will prioritize food safety, freshness, and customer service in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to assist across store areas and support teams. Prior experience is helpful and a HS diploma plus food safety cert is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Six months or more of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service.
• Take orders at the counter and over the phone, assist customers with products.
• Monitor product freshness and appearance; ensure proper stock levels.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish products; pull items from cooler/freezer as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Label, date, and store items properly; manage waste.
• Coordinate with team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and policies.
• Support other store areas and special projects as needed.
