Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Sushi Cook to prepare and present high-end sushi and sashimi in a fast-paced kitchen. You will support the sushi station, maintain mise en place, and ensure quality and consistency across all dishes while adhering to food safety standards.

The role emphasizes craftsmanship, speed, and accuracy, with collaboration with Sushi Chefs and Executive Chefs to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a part-time position in Florida with hourly pay $24.00–$25.00.

Qualifications

• Proficient in nigiri, maki, and sashimi preparation.
• Strong knife handling and fish breakdown knowledge.
• Adherence to HACCP and sanitation guidelines.
• Experience supporting sushi chefs in high-volume service.”
