Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sushi Cook or similar role.
• Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques (rolls and nigiri) and garnishing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a culinary setting.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to maintain high quality and service.
• Follow preparation and cooking protocols from start to finish.
• Carve and trim meats and fish for various services and ensure each dish meets standards.
• Prepare rice, sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision.
