The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Sushi Cook experience, excellent knife skills, and proficiency in preparing sushi rolls and nigiri.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sushi Cook.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to maintain high quality and service.

• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff for timely orders.
• Assist with inventory management and stock levels.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties per checklists.
