Candidate Qualifications:

Qualified chefs should have experience organizing and managing a high-end concept restaurant, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and contribute to a Michelin-caliber experience. Candidates should be willing to work in local locations or relocate to new openings nationally and internationally.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in a related restaurant or bar position
• Basic English reading and communication skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and stay alert for extended periods
• Effective teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in multitasking in dynamic situations
• Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume, and cooking procedures
