Overview

We are looking for someone passionate about the culinary arts to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must be creative, motivated, and eager to grow their talents in the kitchen. Previous experience in a professional kitchen and a desire to learn and develop skills are essential. You will assist the Chef in food production, banquet cooking, and maintaining quality standards, while supporting the culinary leadership team.

Your Role

• Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry)
• Gain experience with knives and kitchen equipment
• Recreate recipes and ensure consistency
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization
• Work with a world-class culinary team
• Create workstations with ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, cutting meat)
• Maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen environment
• Properly store all food and items
• Ensure ingredient quality

Qualifications

• Active Food Handler’s certification or the ability to obtain it
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Desire to exceed expectations
• Energetic personality

Compensation Range

$15.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr., based on qualifications and experience
