Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a Sushi Chef to prepare sushi dishes to spec, maintain ingredient quality, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the kitchen team, participate in inventory, and deliver friendly guest service while following training protocols and policies. Flexibility with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Sushi chef experience preferred but not required; training program available.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality and sanitation standards.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and specifications.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
