OMAKAI is hiring Sushi Chefs at all levels in Wynwood, Miami. Roles include Chef B through Chef A with clear paths for advancement. Entry requires 1+ year restaurant experience; senior stations need 2+ years of hands-on nigiri and neta work.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant experience is required for Chef B, and two or more years for senior stations.
• SafeServe, allergy compliance, and sexual harassment prevention certifications required, can be obtained during training.

Responsibilities

• Slice and plate all sashimi to standard with proper handling.
• Keep fish at proper temperature and follow storage steps.
• Check quality before plating and remove substandard items.
• Maintain precise cuts from first ticket to last.
